The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (the “Act”) requires certain retailers and manufacturers that do business in the State of California to disclose the extent to which they engage in specified activities to eradicate slavery and human trafficking from their supply chains.

Since its inception the CP Group has been steadfastly committed to integrity, ethics and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We strongly oppose any and all illegal and unethical treatment of people, including any acts of slavery and human trafficking.  We would not knowingly do business with suppliers who violate laws for the protection of human rights.

The following represents our disclosure statement required under the Act:

(1) Engaging in verification of product supply chains to evaluate and address risks of human trafficking and slavery.
